Tell us how much source material you have, the finished episode length, and what should be removed or retained. We can discuss trimming pauses, arranging supplied segments, and integrating your intro, outro, and other supplied assets. Basic audio cleanup helps with routine issues; share a source sample so we can assess what is practical.
Podcast episodes often exceed the standard YouTube package’s 15-minute finished-video and 45-minute source-footage limits. Longer episodes and multicamera recordings require a custom assessment and quote. Camera switching, synchronization, clip selection, and additional exports must be included in the agreed scope before editing starts.

From the brief to the final export
- Define the brief. Agree on format, scope, references, and the delivery schedule.
- Hand off the footage. Supply the complete recordings, brand assets, B-roll, and edit notes.
- Review the first draft. We edit against the agreed brief and send the first cut for review.
- Consolidate feedback. Send one set of notes per revision round so the direction stays clear.
- Approve and receive delivery. Once approved, receive exports in the formats agreed for the project.
What to prepare
Send the recording length, number of cameras and audio tracks, any sync reference, edit notes, and examples of your preferred episode style. List the clips and versions you need. We’ll assess the files and scope before confirming price and turnaround.
Questions before you get started
Do you record podcasts or provide a studio?
No recording studio or recording software is included. This service starts with footage and audio you provide, and the work is handled remotely.
Is multicamera editing included in the monthly YouTube plans?
No. Those plans cover single-camera footage. Multicamera podcast work requires a separate quote after the recording and synchronization needs are reviewed.
Are social clips included with a full episode?
Clips are separate deliverables. Tell us the number and length you need. Selecting moments from a full episode is quoted separately, and selected clips can be discussed against our short-form package limits.
