From the brief to the final export

Define the brief. Agree on format, scope, references, and the delivery schedule.
Hand off the footage. Supply the complete recordings, brand assets, B-roll, and edit notes.
Review the first draft. We edit against the agreed brief and send the first cut for review.
Consolidate feedback. Send one set of notes per revision round so the direction stays clear.
Approve and receive delivery. Once approved, receive exports in the formats agreed for the project.

What to prepare

Send your brief, organized source footage, client-supplied B-roll, brand assets, and any reference videos. Flag must-keep moments, intended length, and your publishing schedule. If you also need Shorts, tell us whether you will choose the clips or want a separate quote for selecting them.

Starter: $800 USD/month for 4 YouTube videos. Growth: $1,520 USD/month for 8 YouTube videos. Agency: $2,160 USD/month for 12 YouTube videos. Monthly allocations expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.

What are the video and source-footage limits?

Up to 15 minutes per finished video. Up to 45 minutes of single-camera source footage per video. Work outside these limits requires a separate quote.

How long does the first draft take?

First draft in 3–5 business days per video. Timing begins after we receive the complete brief and required assets. This is the first draft of each video, not completion of the entire monthly allocation. Monthly batches follow an agreed schedule.

How do revisions work?

Each video includes two revision rounds. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback within the original brief. New concepts, replacement footage after editing begins, and added deliverables are quoted separately.
