White label video editing for agencies

Keep your agency in charge of the client relationship while we handle the agreed edit. Send a consolidated brief, route feedback through your team, and receive unbranded final exports for your own handoff.

Discuss your project

A clear handoff behind your agency’s delivery

White-label work needs one source of direction. Your agency supplies the client brief, reference style, brand assets, source footage, deliverables, and review deadline. We discuss gaps before editing so your team can confirm the scope with the client.

Your team reviews the first draft and combines client and internal notes into one set of feedback per revision round. Final exports do not carry our agency branding; your team handles delivery to the client. If your workflow needs editable project files, an NDA, exclusivity, or other confidentiality terms, raise them at the briefing stage so availability and any agreement can be confirmed separately.

What we work on together

  • Agency-supplied briefs and brand assets as the source of direction
  • A designated agency contact for questions and review
  • Consolidated feedback within the original brief
  • Unbranded final exports for your client handoff
  • Scope and schedule agreed before work begins

From the brief to the final export

  1. Define the brief. Agree on format, scope, references, and the delivery schedule.
  2. Hand off the footage. Supply the complete recordings, brand assets, B-roll, and edit notes.
  3. Review the first draft. We edit against the agreed brief and send the first cut for review.
  4. Consolidate feedback. Send one set of notes per revision round so the direction stays clear.
  5. Approve and receive delivery. Once approved, receive exports in the formats agreed for the project.

What to prepare

Send your monthly video count, format mix, footage lengths, examples of the required style, and the approval steps on your side. Standard short-form or YouTube work can be compared with our published packages; higher volume and work outside those limits need a custom quote.

Questions before you get started

Who communicates with the end client?

Your agency owns the client conversation and gives us the consolidated brief and feedback. Agree on the handoff and approval process before the project starts.

Are editable project files or confidentiality terms included?

Project files and confidentiality requirements are discussed separately and must be explicitly agreed before work begins.

Can we use the monthly packages?

Use the pricing page to compare video counts, footage limits, revisions, and draft timing. Share the agency’s actual workload so we can confirm whether it fits a standard package or requires a custom quote.

Connect your longer edits and shorter clips

Planning a complete publishing schedule? Discuss the long-form edit and the short-form deliverables together so footage selection, review, and export requirements are clear.
